The room was great but I didn't have a phone, so at first the staff was going to bring one up to the room. But I told her it was okay because I could use my cell phone.

The beds are big and very comfortable. We had the best night sleep. It was very quite to be in a very busy spot.

That you have to have a reservation in order to get a room. If not a reservation you won't get one. And they charge your card way before you get there
